    Haha; my mother would have been shocked to see a lobster like that!!!
    But i just love the idea! Sure i'll try this. Maybe with this vegan lobster https://www.paradisvegetarien.com/product-page/veg-o-mix-lobster-flavor-v%C3%A9g%C3%A9-mix-saveur-de-homard , or with mushrooms like you did. It looks very good! Thank you for this recipe!

      ...I wish I had access to that type of vegan lobster...do you have to order it or do you get it from a shop...

      I can get it from a few health stores, or directly from their small shop in Montréal. I think they offer on line orders but not sure. https://www.paradisvegetarien.com/
      Their shrimps are awesome.
