...I had saved, as fresh, enough of the blackberries I picked last weekend to make a cobbler...
...cobblers are so easy to make...just a dash of salt and a good amount of sugar...I probably used a half of a cup for a quart of berries...and a couple of tablespoons of flour for thickening...some people add a spash of lemon juice...but I did not...
...just cook that until bubbly...
...and then 'top' it with dollops of vegan biscuit batter..Two Ingredient Almost Fat Free Biscuits make a good topping...
...I like the 'rustic' look of this topping...but you could of course roll out your topping and cover the entire surface...
...then just bake until the biscuit topping is nicely browned...
...it's so delicious...
