...a super heavy package arrived from Amazon...and the Man said it was for me...but I hadn't ordered anything...

...so I opened it up...and this grill was inside...

...you may remember a few years ago...Mom gave us a cast iron griddle that I use all the time for making pancakes...

...but this one is perfect for 'grilling' tofu in the oven...not so great for pancakes...haha...
