...when I sat down to type this post...I thought that yesterday was kind of a weird day of vegan eats...but now when I look at it...it really doesn't seem that odd...haha...
...the day started normally enough...with lemon water and vitamins...
...breakfast was nothing unusual...a toasted English muffin topped with a slice of baked tofu sprinkled with kala namak...a banana...and half an apple left from the day before...and tea...of course...
...then for lunch...I made some potatoes, peppers and onions in the Foreman grill...as a side...but really it was so much that it wound up just being the meal...it was delicious too...I love potatoes/peppers/onions...
...the plate is sitting on a potholder...because I had to cook the veg in batches in the grill and I put the potatoes in the oven to stay warm while I grilled the peppers and onions...
...and with the PPO...I had a creamy and delicious protein shake...
...with a swirl of chocolate syrup...so yummy...
...later in the afternoon...I had some homemade hummus with some carrots and celery...and also a tomato and cucumber from our nice gardener friend...but apparently didn't take a photo of it...he had apologized for the tomatoes being 'canning' tomatoes (i.e., Romas) instead of slicing tomatoes...but they were still delicious...
...and then for dinner...I had tea...and a pan fried veggie burger...a Foreman grilled sweet potato, some asparagus and some bread...and a sort of deconstructed salad ...lettuce leaves and an orange...I know oranges aren't in season...but these ones have been so so sweet and delicious...hard to peel though...

All that looks pretty normal for you!! I had a bunch of veggies and dip for lunch, so started out healthy....but we stopped for some fast food on our way home from Oriental last night. So the day ended on a less than healthy note! Love, K

I have to make some hummus. I love hummus and flat breads.The last hummus I bought wasn't very tasty so am eating it very slowly. May I ask what kind of protein powder you are using?
