...for breakfast I had a thick and hearty slab of whole wheat bread toasted with Earth Balance and Jam...
...I had an apple and a handful of walnuts for a snack mid-morning...but I didn't take a picture...y'all have seen it before of course...
...lunch was a bunch of leftovers...I heated up the orange and purple sweet potato fries we had last night...they were actually a lot better left over than I thought they'd be...some beets...broccoli and tofu round out the meal...
...the only other snack I had was just a microwaved potato...I was hungry after my ride...and thought I'd better eat something before dinner...I peeled it and smashed it up wtih some EB and salt...it was a yummy carb-y snack...
...then for dinner I made that old WW frozen dinner that I used to love...it's just roated red potatoes...broccoli and vegan cheddar...it's so good...
...and we had that with a big salad...and tofu...

ReplyDeleteYesterday i had a bagel with fruits, a dahl for dinner, and ramen and gyozas for supper.
Looks yummy as always. I had a big pancake made with dehydrated strawberries that Keith & Denise gave us for breakfast. A cheese and veggie sandwich for lunch and a bunch of non-noteworthy leftovers for dinner. I've got the fridge cleaned out of leftovers now so can cook some new stuff! Love, K
