...7.22...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made another of the gelled cold dishes...probably the last one...VEGAN POULET EN GELÉE A L’ESTRAGON...another rather pretty presentation...it tasted fine...I'm just not a huge fan of tarragon...
...we just served it with some toasted french bread and tea for a light luncheon...
...it is a pretty dish...but again...we just don't serve many jellied cold vegan meat dishes anymore...haha...

    It's beautiful! And so is the teapot, the plate and the cup! Fancy meal! I love that!
