...after the Tuesdays with Julia post...we had quite a bit of soufflé fluff left over...and of course I didn't want it to go to waste...
...so I got a packet of frozen pumpkin (probably really butternut squash) out of the freezer...and mixed in some self rising flour...to make some quick pumpkin spice muffins with the leftovers...
...and I baked them in the little oven outside...and you can see that I didn't pay close enough attention to them as they got a little bit singed on top...but that's ok...I just scraped that bit off with a sharp knife and we had some delicious fall-inspired pumpkin muffins...

That was smart to use up the leftovers. I haven't had anything pumpkin flavored yet this fall...Love, K
