I made goulash for supper last night - But up here they call it 'hash' - Scout came in from playing outside and said 'what is that smell - it smells so good - is that for supper'...
Mom used to make this when we were little - it's just potatoes - I even used leftover potoatoes - some chopped onions and TVP burger crumbles - it really does smell good and it changes they individual components into something different and better...
We ate it with Ketchup...

Yum, that sounds really good right about now!
I love fried potatoes!!! Especially with ketchup! :-) I'll have to experiment with the TVP. I don't eat red meat, but the rest of the family hasn't been wild about meat substitutes. Usually we either go without, or I'll try a turkey version.
