Everything is up and growing in my little container garden... ...Sorrel - Thanks Maureen!... ...spinach... ...carrots... ...heirloom tomatoes - Rutgers - my favorite - hopefully all will continue to thrive - it looks like they all need a little water...
We have a new raised bed and I am going to plant some sorrel today.
The rest will be for winter greens and leeks.
Everything has to be netted because of the pigeons! As I sit here I can see plants pushing their heads against the top, this lets the Cabbage White butterflies lay their eggs on the leaves.....
Gardening eh, I find myself wondering what these creatures ate before gardening!
I'm a - vegan - pastor's wife - supermom - southern girl - knitting addict who also crochets - wannabe do gooder - wannabe green live-r - mountain bike rider - camper - Boy Scout Mom - scrapbooker - the list could go on and on...

Home grown tomatoes taste so sweet. My son always picks the cherry tomatoes we grown straight from the plant and eats them.
Yay! Mine is growing too!
Off to a nice start! Makes me think I haven't even taken any pics yet this year of my garden...
