I'd been wanting to try this goaty vegan cheese recipe from melomeals for a while...so I got some of my blanched almonds...
...and left it sitting on the counter for a few days...
...when I thought it was 'ready'...I got out a whole wheat wrap...
...spread some 'cheese' on it...and topped it with some lettuce...
...and in about 2 minutes...I had a nice cool lunch in hand...
...this vegan cheese is really good and really simple to make...you should try it...

ReplyDeletei had made dry "Parmesan" cheese by grinding up toasted almonds too. good substitute! love, k
