...so tonight...we're having new potatoes...corn on the cob...cucumber and tomato salad...fried okra...and a nice cake of vegan cornbread (recipe here)...
...this seems like such a summery supper...but it's actually really chilly outside right now...

maybe you'll help usher summer in! :) we ate one of our summery sorts of suppers last night, too. we were going to try to eat it outside, but it was too windy and the wind was still cold. spring is springing, though!
