...The Week of Hair...#6...the ribbon-wrapped loop...

...today is the big day...my appointment is at 1:00...so maybe there will be another post this evening...
...for todays final up-do...you'll just need a ribbon and an elastic...it doesn't matter what colour because the ribbon will cover it...
...begin like we did yesterday by pulling all your hair back into a pony...and only pull it halfway through on the last loop...then tie the ribbon around the elastic...leaving the ends loose...
...then just wrap the ends of the ribbon back and forth around the doubled up pony crossing with an 'X' on the top and bottom with each wrap...tying it off at the bottom...

...for a slightly dressier version of yesterday's bound pony...

...countdown 0 days to short hair...today is the day...

~Have a lovely day!

  1. Will you be donating your hair to Locks for Love? Ironically, my SON donated his when he finally cut his long hair from his "hipster" faze. He wears it short now.

    1. Hi Sheila,

I've known several men who've donated their hair...I think it's awesome that your son donated his! I'm donating mine to Children with Hairloss...

  2. I did it. I had my hair cut today and will be donating the locks to a city near me. I got just a few pics and will post later. My hair was cut just a tad too short for my liking but nothing I can't live with. I'll be interested in seeing yours. xx
