...W.I.P. Wednesday...YES YES...

...when I first saw this pattern...sweetly titled YES YES...I thought it'd be perfect for a wedding shawl...

...so I made a bead snake and got crocheting...

...of course I couldn't do any W.I.P. posts...as it needed to be a secret...

...but it silently grew to be the right size...

...I followed the pattern exactly...

...but added a beaded single crochet border across the top...with a bead in every third sc...

...and then a picot edge with a sc chain 3 sc in each space around the other two edges...with a bead in the center ch...

...the bride-to-be was so pleased...

...and you've already seen it at the reception...
