...3.8...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made little Vegan Quenelles de Poisson...or fish quenelles...they're little mousse-like poufs of vegan fish...
...they're so pretty...and delicious...

...and all of the particulars are over at The Vegan Version...
...remember last week when we got the 2 lb. bag of organic carrots...and there were only about 4 supersized carrots in the bag...well...this is one of them...and I got out my Pampered Chef baking tray because it's 11 x 17...for scale...
...it's just crazy how huge these carrots are...but I remember watching a British gardening show where they were growing 'competition' carrots and parsnips...and they were seriously over 3 feet long...this one is over a foot long...haha...

  1. I love carrots so much! Lovely dinner and I've been incorporating vegan lunches in my day and having a vegetarian day many times a week. All good.
