I had a lunch-time meeting the other day and I was afraid it would go too long for me to have lunch at a proper time...
...so I whipped up a tray of goodies that I could eat during the meeting and still be able to type and converse...
Clockwise from the top right:
Tea
Whole Wheat Crackers
Spicy Bean Dip from Eat to Live
A simple smoothie of OJ and Strawberries
...it was all so good...

oo! the crackers look yummy! I've tried a few cracker recipes too, but in the end, just gave up. But I think I'll have to try yours out now! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI love snacking in meetings, glad to see I am not the only one. I find it keeps me focused, if I am hungry in a long meeting there is no way I can pay attention to anything else.
ReplyDeleteOK this just looks flat out delicious. It inspires me to think outside of the box on my lunches!
