Hospice Tree Lighting

You know what's really fun - standing outside for a tree lighting ceremony at 12 below zero...really... ...it really is a lovely, touching and very meaningful service

The Man did the readings and the prayers - we all lit candles and sang 'Silent Night'...

  4. What a lovely tree - it really is the night that brings them to life.

This evening we are going to a concert in the cathedral. There is a school of music attached to most cathedrals in Britain, the children provide the choir for the cathedral and an orchestra. It is called 'The Prebendal School' and they are giving the concert.

Back on line as of this morning - such a treat to be able to read your blog.
