I now know what 'collard Greens' are, we call them 'Spring greens' and they are very popular.

My favourite veggie restaurant is 'Infinity Foods' in Brighton. The food is wonderful and so imaginative. They also have a shop.
Hey, we had a Greek pizza last night in st. Johns bury Vermont that was fabulous! Lots of fresh spinach, tomato slices and artichokes! It would have been great even without the feta! Love, k
