...Make your own Power Scrubber...for less than $2...

...y'all already know how therapeutic I think scrubbing is...

...but...as I was scrubbing the bathtub the other day...I thought...there's got to be a better way...

...and this is what I've come up with...I really love it...
...I went to the local hardware store...and got a scrubber...the kind designed to have dish soap in the little container...a nut and a bolt (there are two here but you'll only need one...save the other one for something else)...and a couple of lock washers and a flat washers...

...the scrubber was $1 in their $Dollar Days$ section...and the washers were 5¢ each and the bolts 25¢...so less than $2...

...you see where this is going don't you?...
...take off the dish soap container...you won't need it...I saved it...but haven't yet found another use for it...but I'm thinking I'll use it as a travel container for my hair elastics...since it won't need to be water/air tight...without the little plunger of course...

...you could probably use any type of round scrubber...you'd just have to drill a hole in the center...and it might wobble a bit if you didn't get it perfectly centered...this type of scrubber is perfect because the center hole is already there...
...slip one lock washer on your bolt...
...then slip it through the hole in the scrubber...
...then add your flat washer and the other lock washer and tighten down your nut...

...and you're done...so...so easy...
...put it in your drill...and tighten the chuck...
...and now you're ready to scrub...
...so quick and fun and effortless...
