...the first meal...

...talk about neighborliness...we were gifted this beautiful yellow squash as we were unpacking...perfect for our first supper in our new home...
...sort of scramble-fried...much easier than frying the individual slices...
...the Man decided to go old-school and not get a gas grill here...we'll see how that goes...but the charcoal is nice...
...just some simple grilled tofu...I'm still getting my bearings here...and the grocery stores seem far away...7-8 miles here...and in WV just a mile and a half...but they have tofu!
...so our first supper in our new home...tired from unpacking...but well fed and thankful...

    nice squash....wish i could have some :-/

    i don't know about just having a charcoal grill.....sometimes you just want to grill something quick. good flavor though!

    There is nothing that says summer like squash and grilling. While my Mike uses a gas grill, I always use charcoal, it's my favorite.
