...Banana N'Ice Cream...

...I love it when the grocery store doesn't sell all of their bananas in time...

...because then...they bag them up in bunches and sell them for 79¢...and instead of being green...they're almost perfectly ripe for a nice sweet N'Ice Cream...
...so I just peel them all...
...break them in half and put them in a freezer bag and freeze them...

...then when I want to make some N'Ice Cream...I just take out 2 to 4 halves...

...and add a couple of tablespoons of my peanut powder...
...and give it a whirl in the food processor...with about 1/2 cup of almnd milk...
...and that's it...perfectly sweet N'Ice Cream...

...you can make N'Ice Cream with anything...chocolate...fruit...just plain banana...or just plain vanilla...but peanut/banana is my favorite...

    We do PB and banana sandwiches when ours get too ripe. Ingles sells theirs 5lb for $1.50. Still a good buy. MOM
