...dinner was some beer battered vegan fish...just tofu...sliced on a slant like I remember...and dipped into a simple batter made with beer and flour...
...then I 'glued' on a strip of nori...haha...
...and cooked that until crispy along with some 'oven fries' on the Griddler...
...and we had some vegan coleslaw and vegan tartar sauce with it...it was delicious...
...it was the Man's turn to choose and he chose
St. Vincent...it's a sweet feel good story about a grumpy old man befriended by a sweet and generous child...it's a pretty simple (and predictable) storyline...I enjoyed it as it's pretty much just a film about some people...haha...
