Snow Golf...

Out at the Cove, they made a golf course on top of the frozen lake...

...so, we had a chance to play some snow golf...

...it's set up like a putt-putt course...

...but you use tennis balls instead of golf balls...

...they're pretty easy to find on the white snow...

...and you have to hit them pretty hard with the golf club...

...Oh No! Scout's out in the rough...

...but once you get on the 'green'...

...it's just like regular putt-putt...of course you have to keep the Black Labs from running off with your tennis ball...

...see how much fun you can have outside in North Dakota in the winter...

  2. That looks like a blast. :)

Just the words North Dakota and winter in the same sentence make me shiver. We have such mild winters in Mississippi.

  6. Definitely need to like the cold to play in the snow like that. That's a new type of golf for me. MOM
