...we made a Vegan version of Julia's Sauce Alsacienne...also called Sauce de Sorges which is a Vegan Herbal Mayonnaise Made with vegan Soft-boiled Eggs...

...it was a little bit odd for a mayonnaise type sauce...I'm not used to so much texture...but it tasted good and creamy...
