...just adding some toasted pulverized almonds and almond extract to the vanilla soufflé...
...I made the vanilla base a little less sweet and I liked the flavor of this soufflé...it's just that soufflé with ground up almonds is a little bit gritty...not really a texture that I think of with soufflé...
