Breakfast - French Bread Toast (as opposed to French Toast HA!), with Earth Balance, and Coffee with Silk...Simple and good...
...just a super quick 'snackie' lunch...
Lunch - Vegan Pimiento Cheese Spread on Crackers and Salad
Dinner - Spaghetti with Marinara topped with Baked tofu topped with Daiya Mozzarella, Salad and Bread...

My usual breakfast, avocado and tomatoes with peanuts and bread for lunch. A vegetable chilli (made with chick peas as I had no red beans) and rice. I had marinated cherries in white rum and sugar, I cooked them and they were a delicious desert.
