...10.19...Over the Weekend...

...such a busy weekend...but definitely all in a good way...
...the Airman's wife and Baby arrived from New Mexico...with all their 'stuff'...the Airman is in Washington finishing up the last of his training...so we got that all stowed in Our Airman's old bedroom...
...while we got everything unpacked and stowed away...our sweet Girl just played with her daddy's old blocks...
...she now says 'thank you'...but she may not have the context quite right yet...as she will hand you a block and then say 'thank you'...it's so cute...
...she really loves to play...
...Saturday morning was another socially distanced Community Breakfast...I had grits and coffee...it was fun to see everyone...
...I did the weekly shop...and got a ton of fresh fruit and veg...the leeks are for a Julia Child recipe...
...then Sunday after Church...we had a little mortgage burning ceremony...because the Parish Hall project is completely paid for now...amazing I know...just a little bit over 2 years...and that debt is gone...

...the little blue x's are for spacing when you're in line...
...and all of the snacks and desserts are individually packaged and spaced out as well...things are so different... but becoming pretty much the 'norm' now...
...everyone gathered outside for the burning part...
...this little sweetie is getting some molars...but she's pretty good-natured about it...
...she went to the pumpkin patch after Church...
...and picked out her pumpkin...
...now for a little bit of randomness...we're calling this beautiful cutting board an early Christmas present...to us both...from us both...wink...
...and even more random...I spotted this little guy while I was out riding my bike Sunday...
...I'm pretty sure from my elementary school science days that he will become a beautiful Luna Moth...

~Wishing you a lovely start to your week!
