...after a big jar of lemon water and vitamins...and a cup of tea...I made some breakfast...
...a coffee shake...I blended some vanilla protein powder...but it really wasn't very good this way...and I probably won't do that again...I prefer my coffee with cashew creamer...I drank it all though...
...I also made a Vegan 'egg mcmuffin' thingy...with tofu, vegan cheese, and some of those country ham flavored tvp bits...that was yummy...
...I was out of vegan yogurt so I made some before lunch...and added these frozen fruits...
...and I had a bowl of that with lunch (more like dessert)...which was a bowl of bean and barley stew from the freezer...some leftover Foreman grilled broccoli and sweet potato...and a little bit of cucumber and tomato...and tea...of course...
...I ate the last of the gifted homegrown pears...with some black walnuts (also gifted)...the pear was huge and perfectly ripe...
...dinner was one of my 'bowls'...baked tofu, homemade sauerkraut, carrots, Foreman grilled broccoli (again)...and Foreman grilled potato...
...and before bed I had some leftover vegan cornbread in milk (almond)...I love milk and bread...

I haven't had cornbread/milk (or buttermilk) in 20 or 30 years.....don't know why I have gotten out of the habit of such fun, simple foods. Like cinnamon toast....remember we used to have that regularly as a snack growing up? I haven't had it in ages. And I'm jealous of the pear. That looks delicious. Love, K
