...first of all...I can hardly believe it's October 1st...
...for breakfast...I had some avocado toast...the Tang is leftover from a couple of hours earlier when I took my vitamins for the day...
...I got the wheat bread out of the freezer...and managed to break it...but no matter...it tastes the same...
...and I'm still trying really hard NOT to snack...but I was hungry...so I made a plate of veggies...a pretty healthy snack...
...for lunch I used some of the chickpeas from the weekend to make some vegan toona salad...nori, sweet relish, vegan mayo...and smashed chickpeas...
...with some wheat bread (unbroken) and some lettuce...
...dinner was once again eaten in front of the TV...some more of the gifted squash, stewed with onions...rice, baked tofu (I put some Heinz 57 on that)...some George Foreman grilled broccoli...and some more cucumbers and gifted tomatoes...
...what did you eat yesterday?...

So many veggies!! I do have difficulty remembering what I eat day to day....so you're making me exercise my brain. Bran cereal combo for breakfast, a can of tuna, storebought tomatoes and cottage cheese for lunch and grilled Bahamian snapper, cauliflower and green beans seasoned with "greens seasoning" and some kettle corn while watching Doc Martin. About to run out of episodes and will have to wait a year for the tenth and final season. I'll have to find another series to watch....love, K
ReplyDeleteI love eating tons of veggies, the more the better. I'm not a huge fruit fan but I do love apples and pears. Grapes are good if they aren't sour or too sweet!
