...6.22...Tuesdays with Julia...

we made the VEGAN BOEUF MODE EN GELÉE...using the technique for the Vegan Gelée from last week...
...it made a very 60s-ish luncheon dish...
...and it's cold vegan beef...
...which is maybe just not my cup of tea...

    2. That's how I felt when I was reading every Newbery Award winning book. They weren't all my kind of book--some of them I struggled through--but I was totally glad to have the full experience of the project.
