...5.24...Dinner and a Movie...

...before dinner I put together a quick dessert...I used the tops of the golden oreos again...

...and the Bird's custard for the pudding...

...and then I got the idea for this mango salsa tofu fish taco dinner from Sam Cooks Kindness...

...chopping all the ingredients for the salsa...

...adding a couple of my little cilantro/lime juice pucks...

...it turned out so good...I could eat it just plain...by the spoonful...

...airfried breaded tofu cubes...

...and into taco shells with some Violife mozzarella...

...sorry there's no photo of the plate...but image those tacos topped with salsa...haha...

...the movie was another old b/w film...this one in French...Diary of a Chambermaid...I kindof want to read the book now...and there's even a much newer version of the film from 2015...

PS...I should add that I tried to eat the leftover banana pudding for breakfast...but the cookies had completely turned to mush...and I did not finish it...so if you go that route with the oreos I'd say chill it and eat it right away...it's not good leftover...
