...on the reading front...I'm almost finished with 100 years of Solitude...definitely not what I'd call an easy read...but it is good...not what I'd base my entire life philosophy on though...there's quite a bit of the fantastic or magical...there's quite a bit of fatalistic thinking and the illusion of 'free choice'...and the cycles or recurrence of time/history...but there's also a lot about family and the enduring power of love...

...dinner was a delicious veggie burger and air fried potatoes...with a vegan chocolate milk...

...and for the movie...we watched Touch...it was really good...it is...of course...just a movie about some people...a man who travels to Japan to find his first love 50 years later...
