...I've been making this simple air fried tofu on repeat this summer...just cube some tofu and sprinkle on some soy sauce and air fry on one side for 15 minutes then flip and air fry again for another 15 minutes...it's so good...
...I also made a batch of vegan tofu feta...which involves boiling the tofu in a mixture of vinegar and salt for about 10 minutes...and then popping that into the air fryer for about 10 minutes...just until it dries out a bit...
...cooked a pot of lasagna noodles...
...and stretched them out to dry...
...then started the layering process...
...sauce/noodle/cheese...sauce/noodle/cheese...sauce/noodle/cheese...
...ended with sauce and a sprinkle of homemade almond parmesan on top...
...and baked...so simple and so delicious...
