..7.4...Dinner and Fireworks...

...we had the viral PIZZA BEANS for dinner...it's super-dooper easy...a can of white beans (or probably any beans)...a jar of pizza sauce...but we used the Man's delicious marinara because we had some leftover...

...a sprinkle of vegan parm...

...and a topping of vegan mozzarella...

...and bake...

...I've seen people spread it on top of a crust...but we had ours like a dip with toasted italian bread...really really good...and so simple...

...and instead of a movie...we sat out on the porch under the ceiling fan in the heat and humidity and watched some local fireworks...not sure why they were on the third instead of the fourth...but it was fun to watch...

...fun to make the little filmstrip too...
