...we made another cooked cucumber recipe...this one was chilled so that was 'slightly' better...
...apparently cooked cucumbers used to be a thing...have you ever had them?...

    Huh! Nope. I don't think I've ever eaten a cooked cuke...aside from the amount their cooked in the hot water bath for pickling.
