...5.13...Dinner and a Movie...

...the Man suggested Brinner...so I whipped up some vegan besan eggs...added some spinach and vegan TVP ham...

...and fried them up omelette style...

...and we had our vegan omelettes with a big salad...more spinach and some French bread...

...and the 'movie'...was actually a couple more episodes of Ted Lasso...it's addictive...there are just so many cute little quips...analogies...and anecdotes...it's really adorable...and all of the characters are so likeable...
