Another French Dinner at The Vegan Version

I had to use up the leftover 'liver chops' - believe it or not there were ten in that can - so I made another one of Julia's recipes to change it up a bit - just a mustard sauce for the chops and a super sweet and yummy carrot side dish...

I'll be trying to make my own version of liver seitan before I try any more liver recipes - wish me luck...

  1. It looks good but I'm not sure on the flavor...I did eat liverwurst as a young girl a few times at my best friend Kara's house. It was definately an acquired taste but I got used to it. Did it taste a lot like liver? I think I have to pop over to your other blog to read more on this one...very daring of you I might say!
