...this beautiful prismatic tree out front cast rainbows all around...
...with the sign...
...Scout with the pendulum that knocks over a little block every 15 minutes or so...the plaque explains how it would be different at the north pole...and how it could be used as a clock...
...a dinosaur skeleton you can control...
...reminding you just how small those first space ships were...
...a pain exhibit...or more precisely...a discomfort exhibit...
...of course Scout held on until the machine shut itself down...
...we walked through the dinosaur maze...you choose your path based on questions you answer...a correct answer takes you the right way of course...we made it through...
...we had been to a similar animatronic dinosaur exhibit in Columbia when Scout was about 4...
...here Scout is 'being the dinosaur'...in this simulation...you hunt for food and experience things from the dinosaur's point of view...
...tons of dinosaur information...
...you could also control one of the skeletons inside the animatronic dinosaurs...fun...
...Scout being strapped in for his tightrope unicycle ride...
...it was amazing...Scout did an awesome job and said that it was harder than it looked...while we were waiting we saw several kids get stuck and have to be rescued...which they do from the floor below with a long hook...
...part of Scout's ride'...
...down in a submarine...
...playing with the properties of water...
...then outside for an experiment in gravity...one of those spinny rides that the bottom drops out of...
...another fun day...and we could have probably spent another entire day at COSI...if we'd had it to spend...
looks so cool! my science guys would love this! looks like your continuing to have a blast!
