...Identifiable Luggage...
...I have this rather non-descript piece of black luggage...it's a carry-on and all I usually need...and even with it's bright yellow tag - it's still so much like everyone else's black bag...
...so I thought I'd unique-fy it a little bit...
...so this is what I did with all those flowers I crocheted at Camp...
...every little zipper or tag or handle got embellished with a flower...
...or two...
...the two little yellow daisies adorn the yellow address tag...
...and I knitted a green handle cover and stitched the three smallest flowers onto it...
...and looped the garland of flowers around the handle...
...now I don't think my bag will get lost...

Now that is cool. I don't think it will get lost now either! Love your solution!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea. I have to show my daughter since she uses the exact suitcase when she travels. xx

ReplyDeleteThis made me smile a big wide smile!
ReplyDeleteIt's cute with all the flowers, but I hope you don't have to check it. The loose stuff might get caught in the machinery. I'm not sure they would let you check it with the garland since they take off shoulder straps.
ReplyDeleteSo much cuter and more colorful than my bright green bandanas that we tied to our checked luggage on last commercial flight. It works. MOM
ReplyDeleteno, it won't get lost but it may get swiped!! not by me, of course, I would never do such a thing - where did you say you were headed?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! That is so much nicer than tying a plain ribbon on the luggage to easily spot it on the conveyor belt.
ReplyDeleteI love it! So clever!
