We've been having some lovely spring weather so - I spent some more time (and I really mean a lot of time) in the kitchen with Julia - making this lovely beet salad...

I only learned a few days ago that Julia Child's recipe book was written in such a way that the ingredients were easily bought in American supermarkets - what a splendid idea!
