...4.11...Delicious Vegan Food we ate...

...remember the chinese cabbage I'd gotten at the Asian store...the Man said we should use it to make some Chow Mein...
...it was so delicious...like my childhood memories of La Choy Chow Mein...only better...

    Oh yum, what fun!! Remember that Mom fed all 6 of us with just one set of cans of La Choy? I think I bought some several years ago and remember that it really wasn't all that good. Although I do love the crunchy noodles... Love, K
