...we made the rather fancy VEGAN CHARLOTTE CHANTILLY, AUX FRAMBOISES...
...it's a really light and fluffy and delicious dessert...

...2.3...Over the Weekend...

...we started off the weekend with pancakes...
...but it was just a plain old weekend otherwise...nothing much of note happening...
...we did the weekly shopping...and also not much that is very interesting from the regular grocery store...
...not much at all as we didn't need much...
...but we did stop at the health food store...mostly because the Man prefers Miyoko's vegan butter...it's not my favorite (Earth Balance for me)...and they don't carry it at our regular grocery store...but we saw the babybels and I had to get them...they were really expensive though....this packet cost $5.99 and there are only five little babybels in it...still...it's a treat...
...I've been picking a salad a day from the winter garden...the french breakfast radishes are ready now too...
...and we ordered our seeds for this years 'garden'...and set up the camping table just to have a place to start the seeds...
...I made a zucchini bread using up some zucchini from the freezer...which we inventoried...we took everything out and made a categorized list of everything in there...so we can systematically use it up and not waste it...
...the bread was delicious...
...and we also went through the tea cabinet...and found this brick of tea...of course I posted about it...in 2010!!!...not to worry though...it doesn't go bad and some people 'age' it on purpose...haha...
...it was almost impossible to shave...I tried using a grater...and my pruning shears...and finally ended up using a chisel...haha...

~Wishing you a lovely start to your week!
