...I used the leftover biscuits from the weekend to make VEGAN FONDUE AU GRUYERE (variation) Mushrooms...

...it was a yummy way to use up the biscuits and some frozen mushrooms too...it was sort of like a pot pie...especially since we had it with mixed veg...
