...this week we made vegan sweetbreads...
...having absolutely no idea what sweetbreads are like...I googled that...and made a creamy/mild seitan for it...

  1. My mother looooved les ris de veau! Of course, i have never tasted the "real" one. (i think i was born vegan without knowing it!) But i'd eat those vegan ones with pleasure! This meal is perfect!
