...Tuesdays with Julia...

Today's installment of Tuesdays with Julia is a nice fall dish of Vegan Épinards au Jus [Spinach braised in Stock] not sure why I think of cooked spinach as a fall dish...but this one definitely was...it was good too...and simple...

  1. nothing much exciting here....we've been working long days with our "refurb"...just salads and we even ordered pizza last night....love and see you soon!! k

  2. Spinach is welcome at my house in any form, any time. Doing a lot of cooking in the convection oven...luv that thing. Between the slow cooker and convection I manage to feed myself. lol
