...we made a vegan version of the Tarte aux Poires using the pears that we got over the weekend...
...it was delicious and creamy...and sweet...a little too sweet...next time we won't use as much sugar...

ReplyDeleteYummy. I keep looking at our apple trees, a few more weeks and it will time to make applesauce for the grand kids and apple pie for the family. We have a couple of pear trees, but never seem to do much with them, we did make brandied pears one year, they were intoxicating-ly good LOL
