...after driving a couple of hours to the campsite...we got there just in time to set up our tents before dark...we had a meeting...were placed into patrols for the hike...and had a cracker barrel...then we crawled into our tents about 10 PM...

Blogging while backpacking - I love it :) Back in my backpacking days, I didn't even own a cell phone. I am looking forward to go back out into the wild with my kids when they get a little older!
