...What I Ate Yesterday...

Breakfast: Everything Bagel with Go Veggie Cream Cheese and Yorkshire Gold Tea...
Lunch: Zucchini Soup, Vegan Cornbread and salad...and tea (I'm sure even though it's not in the picture)...
Afternoon Tea: Cherry Tarte Rustique and Earl Grey Tea...with vegan cream and sugar...of course...
Dinner: Vegan Tacos, Corn, and Salad
...quite simply made with some vegan chili from the freezer left over from the Fastnacht Supper

  2. Your meals look good. I'm afraid I didn't eat healthy yesterday. I'm sick with lingering cold so I ate a lot of carbs. But I did make a smoothie with banana, vegan protein powder and spinach to try and get some goodness inside.

  4. Yesterday I decided to have two days a week with no carbs to try to get rid of some of my waist line. So far so good.
