TARTE AUX CERISES, FLAMBÉE
...I just had to post this little video of Scout lighting the TARTE AUX CERISES, FLAMBÉE last night! We had so much fun making this tarte together and he has already requested it for his birthday - I think just for the blue flame...
...he said 'you mean we could have gotten blue flame just by lighting Kirsch?'...funny...oh - and I'll go a little lighter on the kirsch next time anyway - following Julia's recipe was a bit much...

You are too gutsy! My girls get a thrill just blowing out the turkey candles every night after dinner (she who finishes first gets to blow out the candles!).
