...9.26...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made one of Julia's Cold Buffet dishes...Vegan Homard, Crabe, on Crevettes en Aspic [Lobster, Crab, or Shrimp in Aspic]...'cause you know anything is better in aspic...right...NOT...

...definitely not my favorite thing ever...haha...and all of the particulars are over at The Vegan Version...

    HAHA! Souvenir!!!! I think nothing is better in aspic ;-) My mother used to prepare aspics on Christmas and New Year... i hated this!!! But i admit it's cute on a table!
