...Make your own Self Rising Flour...

...I generally use self rising flour for biscuits...and muffins...and I seem to be doing a lot of that lately...
For each 2 cups of all-purpose flour, add 3 teaspoons of aluminum free baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon of salt.

...I make a whole 5 lb. bag at a time...I just scoop 2 cups out of the bag at a time...into a big bowl...add the baking powder and salt...give it a good stir with a whisk...and then put it into my chubby old fashioned canister...
